Production Line
The factory covers over 80,000 square meters, employs 151 people, including 28 professional technicians. The company has imported advanced equipment from abroad, including a Finnish one-shot extrusion and vulcanization production line, German Sikora cable eccentricity online testing equipment, and British Domino high-precision inkjet printers. Kefei Cable has passed ISO9001:2015 quality system certification, ISO14001:2015 environmental management system certification, and ISO45001:2018 occupational health management system certification. All products are manufactured in strict accordance with GB and international IEC standards and have obtained CCC compulsory industrial product certification, MA coal safety certification, and a national industrial product production license.
Products include over 50 varieties and over 6,000 specifications, including PVC insulated and sheathed power cables, rubber-sheathed cables, mining cables, control cables with low-smoke and halogen-free features, fire-retardant cables, high-voltage cables for shield machines, waterproof, corrosion-resistant, oil-resistant, and frequency conversion cables. Kefei Cable's flexible cable line, with 24 years of refined craftsmanship, allows it to manufacture specialized cables to meet customer requirements.
OEM/ODM
- We support processing based on samples and drawings, and can produce wire and cable products under customer label, with a minimum order quantity of 500 meters.
- Our product range is extensive, including BV wires, BVR flexible wires, YJV cables, rubber-sheathed cables, mining cables, high-voltage cables for shield machines, and other categories, meeting the OEM needs of customers from various industries.
- We have foreign trade qualifications and can accept foreign trade orders, offering a 13% special invoice. ISO 9001 certification ensures the quality and compliance of our OEM products.
- We can customize cable structure, conductor specifications, shielding type, and sheath materials to meet specific customer requirements. For example, we develop mining cables and special environment cables tailored to the unique operating conditions of coal mines, power plants, and transportation.
- With a professional R&D team and 29 patented technologies, we offer customers full-process customization services, from product design and prototyping to mass production. We offer customized products such as innovative cables for coal mining machines and high- and low-temperature-resistant cables.
- We support lightweight customization and can accept small orders. We also provide pre-production samples for customer evaluation before mass production to ensure the customized product meets expectations.
R&D
The company holds a total of 29 patents, covering a variety of areas, including cable structure innovation and processing equipment optimization. For example:
- Coal Miner Shielded Monitoring Braided Reinforced Rubber-Sheathed Flexible Cable: This solves the problem of adhesion between the cable's phase-separated conductive rubber and the core insulation, improving tensile and tensile strength. It is suitable for fully mechanized mining faces in coal and gas outburst mines operating at temperatures between -40°C and 40°C.
- Safe and Environmentally Friendly Low-Voltage Power Control Composite Cable: This utilizes a buffer layer and tensile mesh design to enhance compression and tensile resistance while also being environmentally friendly.
- Tension-Resistant Cable for Thin Coal Seam Coal Miners: This utilizes a bent assembly structure to prevent damage from excessive bending, making it suitable for the complex working conditions of thin coal seams.
In addition, the company also has patented technologies for a variety of targeted products, including high-temperature resistant cables (with a heat-insulating layer and heat dissipation duct design for enhanced heat resistance) and cold-resistant flexible cables (with asbestos fiber and glass fiber layers for enhanced insulation and cold resistance).
Focusing on mining cables, power control cables, and special-environment cables, we are achieving technological breakthroughs for applications such as coal mines, electrical control, and extreme temperature and humidity environments:
- Mining: Developing tensile-resistant, shielded cables suitable for thin coal seams and high-gas mines, such as the aforementioned shearer cables.
