8.7/15KV 12/20KV High Voltage EPDM Insulation Wear Resistant Rubber Flexible Tinned Copper Core Power Cables for Shield Tunneling Machines and Mining Equipment.
UGEFP cables are high voltage rubber sheathed flexible cables designed for shield machines in open-pit mines. Featuring wear resistance, oil resistance, cold resistance, high-temperature resistance, waterproof, and corrosion resistance, they are suitable for harsh construction environments. Suitable for heavy equipment in open-pit mines and underground tunneling operations rated at 8.7/15kV or below, such as shield tunneling machines. Also applicable for tunnel projects in subways, railways, highways, hydropower facilities and so on.

- Conductor: Stranded Tinned fine copper wire conductor with excellent electrical conductivity and flexibility
- Insulation: The power conductor insulation utilizes EPDM rubber, offering excellent electrical insulation properties, heat resistance, and aging resistance; the ground conductor core is made of semiconductive rubber to ensure grounding safety.
- Insulation Shield: Rubber-type semiconductive outer shielding effectively evens out the electric field and prevents partial discharge.
